RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made on the internet are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify danatella.it via e-mail to info@danatella.it

This e-mail must contain: order number and details for the refund (IBAN or Paypal address).

The returned Products will be accepted only if perfectly intact, without any signs of use, without having been exposed to sunlight or particularly persistent odors, returned in the original packaging or packaging and accompanied by all the original labels.

The reimbursement of the order, excluding shipping costs, will take place after verifying the integrity of the returned material. With the customer's consent, the value of the returned items can be converted into a voucher for the customer that can be used in subsequent orders.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been customized according to the customer's requests (to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (from art.52 to art.59 Consumer Code))

It is NOT possible to choose, exchange or claim a product that has been sent for free.

Danatella.it is responsible towards Consumer Customers, in accordance with art. 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, of any lack of conformity of existing products at the time of delivery, with particular regard to products that are found to be defective.

The delivered products must be checked by the customer upon delivery to ensure that they correspond to the products ordered. In case of anomalies, the customer must notify Danatella.it by email on the same day of delivery or at the latest one day later at the following address: info@danatella.it. Any claim after this deadline will not be accepted.

In the event of a lack of conformity of a product, the customer has the right to exercise the provisions in his favor by the Consumer Code and to request the conformity of the delivery of the order, or in the event of any non-availability of the products ordered which occurred in the meantime, to cancel the order, by contacting danatella.it by email at the following address: info@danatella.it

Any refund of the price will be made only if the non-conformity of the order is confirmed by danatella.it and if the returned products are perfectly intact, without any signs of use, without having been exposed to sunlight or particularly persistent odors.

If the customer cannot fully return the goods received or if he returns them in deteriorated condition, danatella.it will retain the equivalent value from any refund.

It is NOT possible to claim a product that is damaged but has already been washed - we cannot verify if the wash has been done correctly. CHECK THE PRODUCTS JUST ARRIVED.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Many of our items are customized (configurable), that is, they are produced with dimensions and shapes made on specific customer request.

In order for the requested products to be delivered in the shortest possible time with standard shipping orders, we start producing on the day of our order confirmation.

If a request for modification or cancellation of the order is made by the Customer when production has started, production cannot be stopped; therefore we have stipulated the following terms of modification and cancellation of orders.

Changes or cancellations of Custom orders may not be accepted. (The right of cancellation does not apply to items that have been customized according to the customer's requests.

(Art. 55. Exclusions: 2. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in articles 64 and following in the cases: c) of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or that, for their nature, they cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly).

The Seller (Danatella.it) will accept the cancellation of the Custom Order WITHIN 3 working days

The request for cancellation of the Custom order after 3 working DAYS can only be accepted with a charge equal to 40% of the amount paid.
